If you need to take the fingerprints/ hand & footprints, please purchase the available kits. We also offer a local service where we can come and take the prints for you. (Please enquire about this before purchasing your jewellery.)

1) Remove when Swimming and bathing - Chlorine, salty water and shower products can damage the resin on your jewellery.

2) Take it off when applying purfume/hand sanitiser - It’s best to remove your jewellery when applying perfume, cosmetics, hair spray, lotions and hand sanitisers as these contain harsh chemicals.

3) Remove when house cleaning - Harsh chemicals found in cleaning products will damage the finish of your jewellery piece instantly. Rings, in particular, can be easily bent or scratched.

# Do not leave, wear or store your jewellery in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure in direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften
